Binary package hint: easytag
Since MPEG4IP has been recently added to Universe, it would make sense
to compile EasyTag against it in order to get AAC/M4A tagging support.
Alternatively one could just sync easytag-aac from Debian-Multimedia, if
there was any need for a non-AAC version of EasyTag.
