This is not resolved. First, "transient infrastructure problem, and the problem was resolved" -> not true, still down. Check https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/connectivity-check.ubuntu.com.html
Second, the workarounds provided above do not work during OOBE. I cannot install a Spark DGX system since it relies on Canonical's network- manager setup and will not proceed without known connectivity. Ideas: * add the health status of this server to the status page (as per vincejv) * network-manager support more than 1 connectivity check url, using the alternates as a fallbacks for situations like this * provide guidance somewhere on who should be reached out to (as per vincejv) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2145093 Title: http://connectivity-check.ubuntu.com/ is down, 503 error, causing limited connectivity error to appear on my desktop even though I'm clearly online.
