Public bug reported:

I tested Kubuntu 26.04 beta by booting it from USB stick on ThinkPad
X9-14 connected to ThinkPad Thunderbolt 4 Workstation dock to which I
have connected three external displays. I should point out that this is
a Lunar lake device so only three displays can be enabled at once.

What happens is that external displays show the glowing boot-time icon
and "kubuntu" text plus Lenovo logo (see the attached photo) and the
laptop's built-in screen displays nothing.

This does not change no matter how long I wait.

If I then disconnect the dock, I see "Try or Install Kubuntu" window on
the laptop's built-in screen, although it is not fullscreen as it
normally is if I boot without being connected to the dock, but quite a
bit smaller with some texts getting clipped. See the second attached
photo.

** Affects: calamares (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Only thing visible before disconnecting the dock"
