Chromium does not use the native messaging portal and thus fails to find
the binary. As such, this is a specific case of LP:2052343.

One might be able to work-around this by putting the binary in a snap-
readable directory but this in general is bound to fail, at least in
some releases, due to missing or incompatible libraries required by said
binary.
