Lovely, LP ate my previous comment, so here it is again:

Firmware is in /usr/lib not /lib:

$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/firmware/arm/
linux-firmware-misc: /usr/lib/firmware/arm

The split will never be perfect for everybody, all machines and all
possible use cases. The primary goal was to reduce package sizes because
it was hurting our and our mirrors' infrastructure.

You can remove individual subpackages if you want but you should always
keep linux-firmware-misc, it provides random blobs that are too small to
justify their own packages.

$ apt purge linux-firmware-qualcomm-graphics

We have to pull in everything on upgrades or we might break boot.
