Hmm, I'm wondering why it looks for /usr/lib/zkey/zkey-ekmfweb.so,
since it is located at:

$ dpkg -c ./s390-tools-zkey_2.41.0-0ubuntu2_s390x.deb | grep -i zkey-ekmfweb.so
-rw-r--r-- root/root    129384 2026-03-10 10:35 
./usr/libexec/zkey/zkey-ekmfweb.so
(not only in resolute, but also in questing, noble and jammy - so it was always 
under /usr/libexec/)

(And btw s390-tools-zkey is actually optional, so it might not always be
installed by default.)
