The rocr-runtime is a crucial package that provides HSA Runtime API and runtime
for ROCm. It is currently lacking runtime test suites for HSA implementation
validation and performance testing.
The test suites are available within the upstream source as rocrtst.
Test suites shall be built and packaged in a new bin package.
Autopkgtests shall be added that utilize and run the new tests bin package with
the rocm-test-launcher provided by pkg-rocm-tools.
