I successfully verified nova package 3:29.2.0-0ubuntu1.5 on Noble:
Initial status:
Nova package version 3:29.2.0-0ubuntu1.4 installed on all compute Noble nodes,
An attempt to create an uefi enabled server failed:
openstack server create --image noble_uefi --flavor m1.small --key-name
testkey --network private noble1
nova-compute.log contains:
