Hello, Unfortunately, I already am running the latest version of the BIOS (R0CN27WW).
I checked BIOS historical modification from their Readme file, but it doesn't specify any modifications about keyboard behaviour in the EC Firmware part. I think I'll end up contacting Lenovo support directly, and hope they have a fix for it.
