Actually, you don't even have to switch to battery power for the audio to stop working. Just pause the YouTube video for several minutes. Audio will stop when attempting to resume the video. Bug was definitely introduced with kernel 6.17.0-20-generic as when reverting to kernel 6.17.0-19-generic the audio works as expected.
