Hi, thanks for the report. I've reviewed the attached logs (dmesg, ALSA
info, dependencies) and the kernel boot is clean, there is no hung
tasks, no audio driver errors, and no kernel panics. The HDA Intel audio
and Realtek ALC3204 codec both initialized successfully. This suggests
the hang was likely in userspace (e.g. GNOME Software or the Wayland
compositor) rather than a kernel issue.
Since Ubuntu 23.10 has reached end of life, I'm marking this as
Incomplete. If you're still experiencing this on a supported release
like 24.04, please file a new bug and include the output of apport-
collect so we can investigate further.
