RTL8761BU firmware loads successfully and pairing completes, but the
connection drops immediately afterwards. Another commenter mentioned
that updating the Realtek firmware files resolved the issue for

Could you make sure you have the latest linux-firmware package installed and 
try again? You can update it with:                                              
                                                                                
            
     sudo apt update && sudo apt install linux-

Then reboot and test the Bluetooth pairing. If the issue persists on the
latest firmware, please let us know your linux-firmware package version
(dpkg -l linux-firmware) and we can investigate further.
