This bug has been fixed in linux-oem-6.17 6.17.0-1017.17, please refer to LP#2144522. It can also be fixed by newer firmware, which is currently in noble-proposed, please see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/+bug/2139604/comments/5.
