A test kernel has been built with the patch in #64.

Please download and install the packages from
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VnRZM30vkZkRCSHTQa-JBpBKMTPUVffh?usp=drive_link:
- linux-image-unsigned-7.0.0-12-generic_7.0.0-12.12~lp2051720_amd64.deb
- linux-modules-7.0.0-12-generic_7.0.0-12.12~lp2051720_amd64.deb
Install with:
sudo dpkg -i linux-modules-7.0.0-12-generic_7.0.0-12.12~lp2051720_amd64.deb \

linux-image-unsigned-7.0.0-12-generic_7.0.0-12.12~lp2051720_amd64.deb
sudo reboot

Test procedure:
1. After rebooting into 7.0.0-12-generic, verify the kernel with uname -r
2. Check Bluetooth is functional: `bluetoothctl show` should show a controller
3. Reboot again (warm reboot) *without power cycling*
4. After the second boot, check Bluetooth again: `bluetoothctl show` and other
bluetooth operations
5. If bluetooth is working after the warm reboot without needing a power cycle,
the fix is confirmed

Please report whether the fix resolves the issue for your hardware.
