The comment #29 is not a full story. The issue is that the driver is exists 
it's just not enabled (or probably needs to be backported to the corresponding 
kernel): LJCA covers the INTC10B5, nothing needs
to be done for that part. The IPU7 driver exists, but currently it's not in the 
drivers/media, it's in drivers/staging/media. All the same, it needs to be 
enabled/backported.
