Binary package hint: xscreensaver
On Xubuntu Hardy - post alpha 3 - I get a warning message when starting
up xscreensaver from the applications menu. The message says, "The
XScreenSaver daemon doesn't seem to be running on display ":0.0".
Launch it now?"
Selecting Yes does start xscreensaver, and it works just fine. I
suspect that this is just a configuration error, and that the
screensaver daemon needs to be set to start at boot time.
