When you say "Install" what way are you installing this? Does the
installation complete and it fails on first boot, or does the installer
fail and it can't even get that far?
You're also doing, apparently, multipath on an external eSATA/eSAS
device?
Does this work with 24.04 and 25.10?
And when you say "Append the "rd.auto"," what do you mean? HOW are you
appending it to allow this to work? Can you show a diff of the stock vs
updated rd.auto?
