Public bug reported:
After this last update I rebooted and the system hanged during boot
without getting to the gnome login screen. I was at a black screen with
the cursor flashing in the top left corner. I am able to get past this
only by booting to recovery mode and dropping to root, then resuming the
boot process. I must drop to root before resuming the boot or it will
hang. It does not matter if I boot with kernel 7.0.0-10 or 7.0.0-12 the
behavior is the same.
This latest version of 7.0.0-12 does seem to have fixed the problem with
only seeing one of my three monitors, however (which is a bug I reported
separately).
