have removed now the automatically tagging because the `kernel-daily-
bug` tag may not accurately reflect the nature of this issue.

The problem is reproducible on stable kernels and does not appear to be
specific to daily kernel builds.

The USB bridge is detected correctly, but the disk fails during SCSI
initialization, resulting in capacity read errors and zero logical
blocks.

This suggests an issue in the USB mass storage / SCSI path (possibly
timing or controller interaction), rather than a daily kernel
regression.
