* Fix crash in kconf_update calendar to plugin-id script migration

Upstream detection of the qtpaths binary location at build time finds
the version/link from the qt6-base dev package instead of the one from
the qt6-base-dev-tools package. On a user system without the dev package
the resultant script crashes on not finding the binary at the expected
path. Instead specificy the path in Ubuntu, which will not change over
LTS release cycle.
- debian/control: Depend on qt6-base-dev-tools for the required qtpaths6
binary.
