Marking as a duplicate of bug #2084610, the oldest Confirmed bug for
this upgrader failure. All reports of these two bugs share the same
package version (ubuntu-release-upgrader-core 1:22.04.20) and the same
error string. The probable trigger here is legacy library accumulation
(system installed from Trusty in 2014, so many days old, no PPAs, large
Foreign: list of libpython2.7, libpodofo0.9.7, etc.), but the upgrader
code path is shared with the earlier bug report paths
