Nvidia bug:
Even if the assessment is incorrect, there is the reproducer that they can use 
to assess by their own what's the underlying issue, or at least pinpoint in the 
correct direction if it's some weird compiler issue or a wrong egl API usage 
etc.

Custom Mutter build:
Totally, if Ubuntu5 is out, I'll test it. If you tell me how I should test your 
patches, I can do it instead of merging an building by my own, or just wait for 
public releases.

At least I'm not the only person with this issue anymore. The sad part
remains, reproducing the bug during normal workload in mutter feels so
off, if you can think of a test that would trigger it, we could go
really fast. if you don't have a test machine with a Nvidia card, we
could schedule a debugging session together or similar.
