Thanks for reporting this. I checked the change and this is not an
installer regression: OpenZFS renamed `arc_summary` to `zarcsummary` in
the 2.4 series, which is what Ubuntu 26.04 is now shipping.
Since this is really a support question about the renamed command rather
than a defect, I'm closing this report. You can use `zarcsummary`
wherever you previously used `arc_summary`.
