Thanks for reporting the slowdown and network loss. I checked the
package version and this system is already on the last Bionic
NetworkManager update, but Ubuntu 18.04 is no longer in normal support.
Because of that, and because the logs available here do not show a clear
NetworkManager crash or call trace to investigate further, I'm marking
this Incomplete for now. Please test whether the same problem still
happens on a currently supported Ubuntu release. If it does, open a new
report from that supported system and include fresh logs collected
immediately after the issue happens.
