**UPDATE:** I think I realized what's happening, not sure if this bug should remain open or be moved to another part of the Ubuntu ecosystem.
I had a "Huion Inspiroy 2 M" graphic tablet plugged in. On this fresh 26.04 I have **not** yet installed Huion drivers for it (I'd actually prefer not to install Huion software). The tablet still works pretty okay without official drivers. But, for some reason it was causing Ubuntu to show **2 cursors at the same time.** From my screencast, you can see the tablet cursor at the top-left of the screen. Having 2 cursors on screen seems to be what's causing the tiling manager to break. I unplugged my Huion tablet and the window tiling started working again. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2151810 Title: On drag windows only always left-split tile on vertical monitors To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-ubuntu-extensions/+bug/2151810/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
