Public bug reported: Since recently (some time in April?), I can no longer log on to e.g. id.bund.de using version 2.1.0 from the package archives, there's a vague "internal/technical error" after data is sent to the server in the final authentication step. Possibly the same issue as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ausweisapp2/+bug/1921107?
I haven't tried a newer Ubuntu package or OS version, but the Flatpak package from FlatHub works so I'm using that for now (https://flathub.org/en/apps/de.bund.ausweisapp.ausweisapp2 - version 2.5.1). Just a bit inconvenient integration-wise since Canonical chose Snap as the standard sandboxed all-in-one distribution method instead. ** Affects: ausweisapp2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: Since recently (some time in April?), I can no longer log on to e.g. id.bund.de using version 2.1.0 from the package archives, there's a vague "internal/technical error" after data is sent to the server in the - final authentication step.
