Bug Report: App Grid pagination arrows do not update visibility during
keyboard navigation
Summary:
In the Activities Overview App Grid, the left and right pagination
arrows do not correctly update their visibility when switching pages
using the keyboard (Arrow keys). While the arrows appear and disappear
correctly during mouse-wheel or touchpad gesture navigation or page
up/down keys, they remain in their previous state when the page is
changed via focus movement.(keybord arrow navigation )
Steps to Reproduce
1.Open the Activities Overview and go to the App Grid.
2.Ensure you have enough applications installed to span at least 3 pages.
3.Mouse/Touchpad Check: Scroll to Page 2 using the mouse wheel. Notice
the Left Arrow appears. Scroll back to Page 1; the Left Arrow
disappears. (Correct behavior).
4.Keyboard Bug:
Start on Page 1. Use the Arrow Keys to move the focus to an icon on the far
right.
Press the Right Arrow key again to move the focus to the first icon of Page 2.
The view correctly transitions to Page 2, but the Left Arrow (indicating the
ability to go back) does not appear.
Continue navigating to the last page. The Right Arrow remains visible even
though there are no further pages.
Expected Behavior:
The pagination arrows should update their visibility state immediately
(or after the transition animation) whenever the active page changes,
regardless of the input method (mouse, gesture, or keyboard).

gesture-based navigation (where arrows work) and keyboard-based
navigation (where arrows stay hidden/visible incorrectly).
