Additional A/B test result:

I tested Fedora 44 Workstation Live USB on the same hardware, same USB
stick, same monitors, same game (Albion Online). Fedora 44 uses GNOME
Wayland and Mesa 26.0.3, and did not reproduce the screen freezes during
the same test.

I then installed Ubuntu mainline kernel 6.19.10-061910-generic on Ubuntu
26.04.

With Ubuntu 26.04 + kernel 6.19.10:
- GNOME Wayland
- Mesa 26.0.3-1ubuntu1
- RX 7900 XT
- Display Core v3.2.359
- Albion Online has not reproduced the screen freeze so far during testing.

With Ubuntu 26.04 default kernel 7.0.0-15:
- Display Core v3.2.369
- screen freezes reproduce frequently
- previous logs captured amdgpu DRM/KMS errors such as flip_done timed out,
commit wait timed out, and REG_WAIT timeout in dcn32_program_compbuf_size.

This points away from Mesa and GNOME 50 alone, and toward a regression
in the amdgpu Display Core / KMS path between the 6.19.10 and 7.0.0
kernels.
