Public bug reported:

Internal webcam does not work on Ubuntu 26.04 (kernel 7.0.0-15-generic)
on a Dell XPS 13 9350 with Intel Lunar Lake (Core Ultra 9 288V).

The IPU7 device initializes correctly, firmware loads successfully, and
the OVTI02C1 sensor is detected during probe, but the sensor never
appears in the media graph and libcamera reports:

"No sensor found for /dev/media0"

Relevant dmesg lines:

intel-ipu7 0000:00:05.0: Found supported sensor OVTI02C1:00
intel-ipu7 0000:00:05.0: Connected 1 cameras
int3472-discrete INT3472:00: GPIO type 0x02 unknown; the sensor may not work

media-ctl -p shows only IPU7 capture entities and CSI2 blocks, but no
OVTI02C1 sensor entity.

cam -l output:

INFO SimplePipeline simple.cpp:1899 No sensor found for /dev/media0

Packages tested:

intel-ipu7-dkms
intel-usbio-dkms
linux-modules-ipu7-generic

Secure Boot is disabled.
