The bluetooth chip works fine with my windows dualboot. I was annoyed with it never working on Ubuntu since its my primary device. But as it turns out, because I have wifi + bluetooth combo chip (acc to Claude), this is a kernel level issue. I have been trying for some time to resolve this now. But I think I am out of my depth in this field. I don't have much idea about kernels, so reporting is the best I could do.
I am using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS if that is relevant. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2152259 Title: RTL8852AE (PCIe WiFi + USB BT combo) Bluetooth Failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2152259/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
