I have a Thinkpad T490 and a Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 Gen 2 dock connected
to another monitor.
The secondary monitor will randomly go blank and the hibernate while
Ubuntu thinks it's still active. I have to fix it by disconnecting the
dock from the PC and reconnecting it.
This is a bug that has come and gone ever since I got this computer in
2020 and now it's back.
