Public bug reported:

The music-app gnome-music stopped working in 26.04. Normally the content
of ~/Music is shown automatically, but nothing turned up.

Tried
- localsearch reset: did not make a difference
- localsearch search ogg: returned lots of hits, so localsearch does not seem
the problem.

Also 'cat ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs' showed 'XDG_MUSIC_DIR="$HOME/Music'
=> seems ok

The app was workimg ok in 24.04.
