Problem:
After upgrading from Ubuntu/Kubuntu 25.10 to 26.04, the system intermittently 
freezes and the kernel repeatedly logs:

usb 1-11: input irq status -75 received

The issue appears to involve a PD200X Podcast Microphone connected over
USB.
