Public bug reported:
I recently updated my Ubuntu to 26.04 LTS from 25.10.
This bug persisted in 25.10 as well.
I am using AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics × 16.
The issue is that randomly after some time, when switching the windows with Alt
+ Tab,
the pop up is locked and do not close.
I am however able to switch the windows and use keyboard but mouse interactions
are not working.
After triggering "reboot" in terminal, the black screen appears and is not
responding.
Hard reset is needed.
I am using two monitors: laptop built-in and external one with different
refresh rate and resolution.
I noticed that this only appears in extended display mode.
If I switch to built-in or external only, alt-tab always works fine.
I attached the logs.
