An issue was observed in the desktop context menu where some strings
remain untranslated in English, despite the system language being set to
Portuguese (Brazil) [pt-BR].
Specifically, the options "Select All" and "Desktop Icons Settings" are
not localized.
Path to reproduce:
1. Set the system language to Portuguese (Brazil).
2. Right-click on an empty space on the desktop to open the context menu.
3. Observe the untranslated items.
Actual Results:
The menu items "Select All" and "Desktop Icons Settings" appear in English.
Expected Results:
All menu items should be fully translated into pt-BR (e.g., "Selecionar tudo"
and "Configurações dos ícones da área de trabalho").
