This is not a bug with Ubuntu or the kernel. You have external kernel modules
installed that are incompatible with kernel 6.17.
Looking at your info, you do not have any Realtek wireless devices that would
need those modules, so you can remove/uninstall them
If you do have other Realtek wireless adapters that were unplugged when
you filed this bug, you should not need external modules for on kernel
6.17. If you do, use something that's regularly updated like:
