ThinkPad P16s Gen 4 (21QRCTO1WW), Ubuntu 24.04, kernel 6.17.0-1023-oem
with oem-sutton-daiwa-meta.
The integrated camera (SunplusIT, 174f:11b6) fails to resume after
suspend and disconnects, requiring a reboot or replug to recover.
Evidence from dmesg:
usb 1-1: PM: dpm_run_callback(): usb_dev_resume returns -22
usb 1-1: PM: failed to resume async: error -22
usb 1-1: USB disconnect, device number 2
Workaround applied:
/etc/udev/rules.d/99-webcam.rules:
ACTION=="add|change", SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="174f",
ATTR{idProduct}=="11b6", TEST=="power/control", ATTR{power/control}="on"
