Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 26.04 with KDE Plasma 6.6.4 (Wayland), drkonqi-coredump-launcher
segfaults in libQt6Core.so.6.10.2 every time it is invoked to process a crash
of a snap-confined process that did NOT write a kcrash-metadata file
(e.g., the snap version of Spotify).

Because the user-systemd socket drkonqi-coredump-launcher.socket re-triggers
the service for every new coredump processed by systemd-coredump, including
coredumps that drkonqi itself just generated, this creates an infinite
respawn loop. The loop also blocks system shutdown: ksmserver-logout never
manages to drain the user's session slice, so logind never reaches
poweroff.target. My system stayed in graphical.target for over 4 hours after
I pressed "Shut Down".

In that time, 863 coredumps from drkonqi-coredump-launcher accumulated in
/var/lib/systemd/coredump/, consuming 1.8 GB of disk.

Btw, the triggering process was Spotify snap, rev 94
(1.2.86.502.g8cd7fb22)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to a Plasma 6.6.4 Wayland session.
2. Start the spotify snap.
3. Choose "Shut Down" from the Plasma logout menu.
4. During the logout sequence, spotify aborts (SIGABRT).
5. Observe that drkonqi-coredump-launcher is invoked to process spotify's
crash, segfaults itself, and the user-systemd socket immediately
re-launches it to process its own coredump — repeat indefinitely.
