The armhf/riscv64 build in bpo does not work, but that is expected and
is unrelated to this package, and instead it's due to known issues with
missing reverse depends on those arches:

                                            libgio3.0-cil-dev but it is not

If that existing gtk-sharp3 armhf/riscv64 FTBFS were to be solved by an
SRU in Noble, then sso-mib armhf/riscv64 would build.

The backports maintainers stance was that given this is a new package in
the bpo pocket that didn't exist before, and that the main use case is
on desktop systems, overall it's better to have it in for amd64/arm64
than to leave it out.
