Hello Marco
The issue is due to the fact that your modified version of named.conf is
perserved through the upgrade and it is no longer compatible with the
new version of bind9
If the named.conf is still around; If suggest you to copy it and erase
it with the new bind9 version configuration file.
I think that is the only way going forward and this is not a real issue
or an issue we cannot fix.
