Public bug reported:
Bug in Gutsy Gibbon (kubuntu 7.10) not in Feisty.
Unable to log in admin mode using kcontrol or systemsettings. When I
click onto admin mode, then the window for the password prompt
(kcmshell) is shown. I enter the admin password, then the borders of the
window become red and next the red borders dissapear and all I have got
is returning to the normal user mode window of systemsettings or
kcontrol. Using console:

This is why I think this is a bug related to python-kde (python-kde3 or
pykdeextensions). My apologies if I'm wrong.
