You are trying to remove the kernel you are running. Don't do that. Boot into the previous kernel (6.17.0-23) if you want to remove the -29 kernel. But from the dpkg history, it looks like the Nvidia kernel module is probably the issue, rather than the kernel itself ( bug 2115148 )
