@klatls, The failure to calculate the upgrade is not the error that this is attempting to fix so I've reverted the tag (I'll do some verification for this on Tuesday when I'm back). The failure here is when the upgrade *succeeds* but fails to install piboot-try despite it being seeded in resolute.
I was vaguely hoping the move to the post upgrade cache method *might* also fix some of the upgrade calculation errors, but that's not the primary goal here. If it hasn't fixed it in your case, I would recommend opening another bug against ubuntu-release-upgrader including the full dist-upgrade logs (/var/log/dist-upgrade/*.log if memory serves). ** Tags removed: verification-failed-resolute ** Tags added: verification-needed-resolute -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2151216 Title: [SRU] Force switch to piboot-try on Raspberry Pi To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/2151216/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
