Hello,
This, at this point of time, looks purely cosmetic but hipcc version
reports back a not purely correct version string. I suspect this is due
to missing git in build environment but I am creating this bug so we can
fix this once we have time.
```
root@resolute-b0b0a-llvm22:~# hipcc --version
HIP version: 7.1.52802-9999
Ubuntu clang version 22.1.2 (1ubuntu1)
Target: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
