Update to 26.04 from 25.10 has problems with Touch Display 2 connected
With 2 HDMI monitors and Touch Display 2 connected to a 16Gb Raspberry
Pi 5 the update appeared to stall.
"Loading" spinner appeared on two HDMI screens -- then they went blank.
No output on Touch Display 2.
After removing Touch Display 2 cable -- login prompt moved/appeared on HDMI
screen when booting.
Presume login prompt was previously displayed (and failing) on Touch Display 2.

RPi5 was originally installed with 25.04 and then upgraded to 25.10 with
no issues -- Touch Display 2 was ok(ish) albeit flickering.
RPi5 is in a SmartiPi Touch 2 case and has cooler and a realtime clock
connected plus a M2 NVME HAT/drive.
No other HATs connected.
RPiOS was solid on Touch Display 2 -- even while 26.04 wasn't
displaying.
