The bug looks like this

Interesting fact: blindly I type password, open terminal and type `reboot` and
password; and reboot happen.
When bug happen I connected by ssh and did `ubuntu-bug nvidia-kernel-common-580
--save broken_uubntu_bug.log`.
My workaround using ssh:

$ sudo apt purge nvidia-driver* && sudo apt autoremove
$ sudo reboot
$ sudo apt install nvidia-utils-580
```
After this workaround I can see login. After login I can remove version 580 and
install version 595 again. And then 595 version works.
I did this bug report from recovered system.
Interesting point. Before and after recovering driver version is the same.
