I had `net-snpm` on me for this cycle, but this bug ended up on the
pinot board, so I marked mine as a duplicate and this is the main
tracker.

From my previous look, mind this entry in the changelog for
5.9.5.2+dfsg-1:

  * Library, soname 40 -> 45

soname bump == transition


$ reverse-depends -l -R -b libsnmp-dev | wc -l
34

that's quite a set of reverse dependencies.

~hectorcao I would recommend checking the deps building in the PPA, as
the soname bump may bring unhappy surprises when rebuilding the packages
against the new net-snmp version.
