I managed to boot an HP - Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC with jammy, and installed a firmware update with 2.0.20-1ubuntu2~22.04.1 on it as well as the UEFI dbx update. A db/KEK update was not offered for some reason - it may be block listed.
