@juliank Thanks, all is good now. 00:00 - 03:03 - reproducible crash confirmation before upgrade. 03:51 - installed package libgtk-4-1 from proposed 04:03 - 05:25 - one minute of clickspam, alive, closed 05:27 - 07:21 - two minutes of clickspam, alive, closed 07:59 - I did something stupid here, and force closed through killall nautilus. Something like clicking RMB and LMB at once. But this does not count. There were no crashes. But it might be a new work_item for the Nautilus team. I already know how to do that. :) 08:32 - 11:52 - continued the testing. 3 minutes of clickspam. 12:03 - 16:58 - continued the testing. 4+ minutes of clickspam with some variability added. 14:24 - 14:50 - I added the microdragging into clickspam to have more variability. 16:18 - I tried to traverse the directory list backwards by clicking the previous chain element in the address bar a few times.
Additional screencast to confirm that dragging still works. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/43meubi5ok9uyrkpbh5jm/ANB-L5UmLhhBDjswYLF6iGY?rlkey=zbwnq9c12cr8nf3ys7fohinal&dl=0 ** Tags added: verification-done-resolute -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2150297 Title: nautilus have frequent crashes while navigating fast through directories on 26.04 release To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nautilus/+bug/2150297/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
