Public bug reported:
Every time I leave the clock or battery % changing for a while, one or
more digits will get a flat white line (the text is white on black) at
its top. Doing ANYTHING makes it redraw the digits, so the flat
artifacting/line goes away. I press the windows key to take a
screenshot, as soon as I press the key, it's gone. If I mouse over it,
it goes away. It seems to be some really thin thing getting drawn at the
very top of the screen that causing the tops of letters to get erased,
leaving a flatness or line segment to the tops of digits. It could
probably happen with icons or words, but it tends not to, because the
date changes only once every 24 hours, and the icons basically never.
